Moises Angelo M. Pili is a young man whose resilience continues to shine despite a life-altering diagnosis. At 22, he is a vibrant Computer Engineering student from Purok 2, San Jose, Sta. Ana, Pampanga. 


He was diagnosed with chronic myeloid leukemia (CML) following a medical procedure. His treatment began with Hetero Imatinib, presenting immense physical and emotional challenges.

Despite the grueling side effects and the demands of his treatment, Moises has faced this battle with a remarkable spirit. He adheres strictly to his medication and appointments while remaining dedicated to his studies and extra-curricular activities. His commitment to continuing his college degree alongside his health struggles is a powerful testament to his resolve.

Moises’ journey highlights the profound impact of faith, a positive mindset, and the unwavering support of his family, who serve as the pillars of his strength. 


The power of prayer lies in its ability to connect us with God, providing comfort, guidance and transformative strength in times of need. For Moises Angelo, he found solace and courage through prayer and gratitude during his most difficult times, including moments of anxiety and uncertainty, refusing to let his diagnosis define him.

Philippians 4:6-7 encourages believers to present their requests to God, promising that “His peace, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds in Christ Jesus. This illustrates how prayers can lead to emotional healing and peace. 


As a member of EPCALM Foundation, he has received personalized, family-oriented support that help him navigate his journey with strength and dignity.
