EPCALM believes in the generous Bayanihan spirit of the Filipino ( refers to the spirit of communal unity or effort to achieve a particular objective for the common good). Opportunities to help a journeying patient are numerous. There is a niche for everyone to help. EPCALM  upholds and exists on the principle of volunteerism. An empowering of minds and hearts to help the stricken.

The "Friends of EPCALM" program has a place for you. It can be through a single donation, or a sustained contribution or pledge, to volunteering your talents or getting your business involved. You can also be the foster supporter in the Adopt-a-patient program or you can host your own fundraising event for the benefit of the leukemia foundation or specific patients.
